Made-to-measure lambskin covers – produced from your model
Furniture upholstery
We produce custom-made lambskin covers for furniture for smaller furniture manufacturers and upholsterers who work with bespoke solutions and made-to-measure production.
All you need to provide is a model in plastic, paper, or cardboard – without seam allowances. Based on the model, we calculate material requirements and provide a quotation for a fully sewn cover in the selected lambskin and colour.
Many companies rarely work with lambskin and therefore lack both specialised machinery and experience. In these cases, SIPO acts as a production partner, ensuring a professional, high-quality result – even for small series or one-off productions.
To get started, we need your model or measurements – in plastic, paper, or cardboard, without seam allowances.
Based on the model, we provide you with a quote for a fully sewn cover in the selected lamb skin.

Together, we select the right leather from our stock.
We advise on quality, texture, and colour to ensure the best match for your project.
3. Quotation
We calculate material usage and production costs and provide a non-binding quotation.
You receive full transparency before we begin.
4. Production & delivery
Once the quotation is approved, production takes place in our own workshop.
Delivery time for custom-made solutions is up to 2 weeks.

Apparel & bags
We produce, both small scale and individual collections, of apparel, bags and accessories. We aim to assist fashion and lifestyle brands and shops, seeking unique products or private label solutions. We work with both small series and made on order.
With access to our extensive stock of materials, we work with mainly leather, suede, and shearlings. We can produce down to single units, and our clients do not need to invest in inventory or materials
